5. Our legal bases
Where UK data protection law applies, we process personal information when it is necessary to provide the service you request, to comply with legal obligations, or for legitimate interests such as marketplace security, fraud prevention and service improvement. Where consent is required, we will ask for it.
6. Who we share information with
We may share information with service providers that help us operate UniRelay. These include:

We do not sell your personal information.
7. Ticket files and proof of purchase
Ticket files and proof-of-purchase material may contain personal information. These files are used for listing verification, ticket delivery, fraud prevention and support. They are not intended to be publicly visible on marketplace listings.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Some transaction, payment, fraud-prevention or legal records may need to be kept for longer where required by law or to resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we will delete it or anonymise it where appropriate.
9. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, or to receive a copy of information you provided to us.
To make a privacy or deletion request, email support@unirelay.co.uk. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls and private storage for sensitive ticket files. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
UniRelay is designed for university communities and is not directed at children under 16.
